They actually just feel off now (slow to the party, I know) and looking at photos from last year, they <i>look </i>off to my eye now. They still run the show in my area, but I am ok to be different (shock!!)<br />3. <b>My black jeans suck</b>. They were a bad buy (2nd hand at least) and that's ok. They look ok but the waist is too low and I feel like I'm always in danger of a plumber situation.&nbsp;</p> <p>So, my conclusion is that in the New Year, any shopping I do should focus on <b>updating my jeans</b>; I'm thinking one black pair and one dark blue pair with a straighter leg and a mid-leaning-high waist for maximum versatility and longevity. (I have slim straight and straight cut-off crops, so the blue should probably have a finished hem and maybe even be a full length, but maybe not ... and maybe even be a bit of a wider cut ... will give it some thought and feel free to chime in!)</p> <p>And <b>statement shoes remain on my spring wish list</b>, although now teal shoes have joined the list of snakeskin sneaks or white booties! :D</p> <p>Happy Friday all! xoxo</p> <p>1. <b>Monday</b> - the blanket scarf was actually pretty comfy as a wrap around the house, and then I used it as a scarf when I went out.
