I wore the top by itself and added the cardigan in the morning or an afternoon walk. This summer hasn't been very hot but even when it is a thin layer is always a good thing to carry around.<br /> @Aquamarine- our approach to traveling has been very careful this time around and we have spent most of our time in the countryside with contact with one or two people outside the household. This trip to Lisbon was wherr we saw more friends and went to coffee shops and shopping centers which was an absolute treat . Being confined for the past year drilled down to us what we really missed and it was not the crowded shopping centers or beaches, it was our family, friends and a being able to be around nature. This photo was taken on daily commute by train, the same commute that I took the photo below from. Although I did plan what I was bringing the truth is I added many things last minute and it is not the most consistent or coordinated bunch of clothes. This smaller capsule that I took to Lisbon actually made me very happy because it all goes together, served me for all occasions and temperatures and made me happy to easily choose an outfit in the morning that I felt good about.</p> <p>As we were staying in the same location and had an extra bedroom I decided that I would just leave my clothes draped on the bed like a coordinated landscape. DH that henceforth will be called Light Packer had all his items safely on closet and drawers but I was living large :)</p> <p>My packing list was as follows:</p> <p>- Ribbed Twin Set (I like twinsets even the more classic ones, they are part of my signature style)</p> <p>-Two piece jumpsuit</p> <p>- 5 tops(3 sleeveless , 2 short sleeve)</p> <p>-2 pairs of pants( 1short wide leg, 1 long wide leg)</p> <p>-2 skirts(1 short, 1 midi)</p> <p>-1 crepe jacket short sleeve</p> <p>-1 long cardigan</p> <p>-2 dresses</p> <p>-3 pairs of shoes(1 wedge , 1 sneakers, 1 slip on)</p> <p>-1 long scarf(they are good for layering at this time of the year)</p> <p>The only thing I didn't wear was the crepe jacket, everything else was used and I could remix this capsule for at least another week without duplicating outfits.</p> <p>As for the photos, I don't have proper outfit photos but could get these ones together:</p> <p>1- My bed spread of clothes</p> <p>2- The shoes</p> <p>3- Old Roman Aqueduct in Lisbon</p> <p>4- DH moody picture of me but at least you can see the blouse</p> <p>5- Close up of the slides and view over Lisbon from the other side of the river</p> <p>6-Sunset at&nbsp; Costa da Caparica</p> <p>7-Another moody picture but you can see an outfit</p> <p>8-Docas, where #4 was taken and you can have delicious meals by the river or get into boat rides</p> <p>9- Cheesecake, which I asked at the store what was the Portuguese name for it and it is cheesecake(I should know I am Portuguese)</p> <p>10- Close up of top+scarf when we got back to the place where our multicultural family lives</p> <p>Thank you for looking.</p>
