Thanks Jaime - I agree!! Angie- thanks.  I probably could swap out a tee and add a pullover.....Maybe the brown long sleeve and the black and add in my soft pink sweater which would be nice with all pants and the guava coat.  A sweater is one thing I am going to look for at Uniqlo!! Suz and Star - I could take more options as I will likely take my large bag on wheels, and there is plenty of room.  I am packing mostly tonight so will see how I go.  Once you are checking a bag then you may as well have choices. The two things on my shopping list are A cap - I like a cap but many are too shallow for my large head.  I don't want a baseball/basketball logo but want something along these lines. A sweater/jumper - thinking of checking out Uniqlo for a Merino sweater. I do ok for myself - my principles are shoes first - they must be comfortable and tested, make sure I will be warm and then make do with what's left. Based on nothing at all I pick the rust bag . Alternatively if you tend to run cold and have the room, bring the tan Columbia parka ish one. Depends on your temperature. The cream boot for drama and also visually appropriate for the season. Activities will include watching sport (in the day), a comedy show and a musical at the theatre (matinee), seeing friends and family, and city walking, coffee etc.. The dressiest occasion is probably the theatre and I will wear the black trousers, cream cardigan and either boots or black shoes. Shoes One pair trainers (not shown) Navy sneakers Either cream boots or Mary Janes (which ones) Coats/Jackets Navy blazer Cord blazer Either guava wool coat and raincoat or tan columbia (which one) Other warm pieces puffer vest (not shown) cream cardigan Tops Brown and cream stripe long sleeve or denim shirt or both? Ecru and navy stripe tee (do I need this?) Navy turtleneck blue long sleeve (for walking under vest) blue, black and white tees (not shown - more for layering or walking) Bottoms Cream jeans Blue wide leg jeans Black trousers Black side stripe trackpants leggings x1 or 2 Bags Either black or rust (which one) Backpack (not shown in case we do a long day of city walking) A scarf as well and a couple of hats (one cap and one beanie) and a belt or two. Interested in - - Cream boots or Mary Janes - will probably only get one or two wears but I want one non sneaker option - which coat or coats?  I want one waterproof choice. - which handbag - black or rust - denim shirt or striped tee or long sleeve top (or all of them?) Looking forward to it!!
