The leopard skirt was a summer find at the same boutique where I found my Tracy Reese skirt; maybe 99% of the items there don't quite work for me, but I've learned to keep going back as the items that do work are turning out to be "high impact".</p> <p>Suz, thanks for comments.&nbsp; Spoiler--I've brought home a couple more pencil skirts to try--allowing myself more variety there even though I can't wear that type of outfit every day. And I agree, Angie's debombshell formula, especially since I need to wear flats or nearly flats for footwear and don't want to&nbsp;look or feel&nbsp;fussy, has become a real FFBO and helps me get more use from my skirts. #6 is&nbsp;an example of how&nbsp;I'm finding that for tucking into&nbsp;trousers, &nbsp;I often prefer&nbsp;the look of &nbsp;slightly drapey thin knit&nbsp;T or sweater&nbsp;rather than the look of the tucked button-front collared shirt. Not at all sure why this is, but think it has something to do with getting more volume on top or a horizontal effect or something on long torso. It is a very strong sugar-poison eye thing. It might fit into "what you do that may not be typical style" . So thin linen or merino knits work well for that.</p> <p>Cocolion and Kellygirl, thank you. I have a sugar eye for safari jackets--the EB is ? 5 years old and survived purges because I haven't found anything to replace, though I'd like a more polished fabric. Runcarla, I hadn't used the drawstrings in the past, but then the jacket seemed kind of big and boxy, so it's getting new life with the waist shirring.</p> <p>rachylou and BethAnn, thanks for chiming in! Yes, I did find it helped me grab &amp;go once I tried some combos.</p> <p>caro, hi!
