I’m thinking of something with minimal closures, that wouldn’t take up a ton of space when not on (maybe fit in my bag), and preferably have pockets so I wouldn’t have to worry about gloves. Something that would go over my backpack would be nice. Any thoughts on brands or sources to start looking at? </p>
