This is a problem that some people have reported, but that I haven't managed to fix. It is intermittent. Only some people experience it, and only some of the time.</p> <p>Some people have managed to solve the problem, but restarting the browser and clearing the cache (browsing history).&nbsp;</p> <p>If you do have a different browser installed (e.g. Chrome or Firefox) they should work without a problem.</p> <p>But I'm assuming that you're on Internet Explorer. I have YLF finds installed on my favorites. I have YLF open in another window. I go to the store webpage, click on favorites and try and put it into the ylf collect folder and I get an error message that says I need to log in first (which I already am) So I thought maybe I need to be on the finds page and logged in, didn't work. Tried bloomies and nordies. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I go the message on installing that I was corrected loaded..any thoughts? Many thanks for your help!! </p>
