I agree with San that they seem to work best with wide legged or bootcut pants or jeans. They would work with white or lighter colored pants, but could also be nice for summer to lighten up darker pants. I haven't tried them with shorts or skirts but maybe that's an idea also. I like them with shorts and really, really girly skirts or ruffly tops.
