Now I wish I'd seen your post earlier, Sarah. I even checked Macy's (not available at the one near me) but Coach is excluded from the coupon deals and I didn't hear of a sale that included these. However, I'll take another look during the Macy's sale. I guess that I could return the full-price one from the store, or maybe even ask them if they'd be willing to price match (some places are doing that now). </p> <p>Sarah, it is a slightly smaller bag (I'm holding it in that fourth pic on my original post so you can see the scale), but I'm avoiding large bags. However, I don't want *too* small so it looks out-of-scale on my 5'7" frame. I think this bag has a little more presence in person because it has a zippered compartment on the back side of the bag (designed to hold an ipad or tablet) and it has some depth to it. Whenever I consider a bag now, I empty all the packing paper out of it and try out my belongings from my bag in it, just to see how it works for me. It's like a mail bag type of hobo purse.&nbsp; Anyway, it's the one bag I have that I will pick up and wear with everything because it just goes. I'm not terribly fond of crossbody bags for everyday though (I will wear one once in a while, but I only choose crossbody bags that also work as clutches). I keep looking at their knits and tees online but never pull the trigger, but I hear great things about their quality. </p> <p>Deb, I didn't see that in store. Leave no retail stone unturned, as Angie says. </p> <p>The color of the first bag is unexpected, and I would probably have to take it home and look at it with things in my closet to be sure, but I think it could work. I took the packing paper out of it and played around with it -- I think it would suit my needs nicely. I LOVE that the hardware is dark and matte and not shiny gold. One of my big challenges with handbags is that shiny gold hardware is almost the default choice for most designers. I also like that the shape is simple but it's not a style that I already own. </p> <p>The size is perfect -- it even has a zippered compartment (the reverse side from the side in the photo) that would fit my iPad, but it's small enough that I can't overload it and make it heavy. The shoulder strap detatches, which is good because i usually carry my bags by the handles or as clutches (per physical therapist orders). The turnlock and flap doesn't bother me -- I have another bag with that style, and it's not a big deal. Not like that satchel I liked so much but had to reject because it requires buckling and unbuckling to get into it! </p> <p>Hmm, I may have talked myself into going back for it.
