If so, that might be a reason to reach for them less. I’ve realized this about my climate - nowadays we move quickly from highs in the 60’s to highs in the 80’s-90’s. This gives me less need for anything in between, but I still need something when those temps come around. I think those things contribute to the pants looking more intentionally styled. You could also try semi tucking a loose shirt and adding some kind of chunky, earthy necklace... but that won’t be classic :)<br /> If they just aren’t your style I’d use them as comfortable summer housewear. I use that term instead of loungewear for stuff I will wear inside &amp; outside on days I am doing chores including gardening, window washing etc, and may see neighbours or a delivery person. If I actually leave the home area I change into a ‘real’ outfit. So my housewear is a little more presentable than my PJs but not my ‘real clothes’ and doesn’t need to form ‘outfits’. I also wear the same stuff at the cottage. They look good on you. <b>All </b>pants look good on you! So if you're not wearing them, it's because you're not feeling them, and if you're not feeling them, it's because they bother you somehow. I would have similar problems with this type of pant. I still have a pair of J. Crew full length jogging pants -- they are a bit more structured than this, but still very "soft" with rounded lines. I've only worn them about 10 times. Part of that is the fabrication weight (too hot for summer, not warm enough for winter). But some is also the shape/ drape of them.
