Their return policy is extremely flexible, apparently, because they let me swap them for a smaller size! I've put in Foot Petals Heavenly Heelz, but the shoes are still too big. Is there any way to save this pair or should I just take them to a consignment store and buy a smaller size (they're still available at Nordie's)? </p>
