This is very old, but I thought I'd let you know that what I ended up doing was taking them back to Nordstrom. Their return policy is extremely flexible, apparently, because they let me swap them for a smaller size! My new pair fit great.

Good ideas ladies but I've found with narrow feet and even narrower heels that if they don't fit they just don't fit...

Please let us know the result Arya.

Try a pair of padded insoles or odor eaters. If that doesn't work, I'd say pass them on to someone who will love them.

Shortly after my surgery this summer, I bought these awesome Nine West heels in the taupe color.

http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/ni.....ltback=612

Apparently my feet were still bloated, because they fit great in the store but now they slip off my heels when I walk. I've put in Foot Petals Heavenly Heelz, but the shoes are still too big. Is there any way to save this pair or should I just take them to a consignment store and buy a smaller size (they're still available at Nordie's)?
