I agree with you, it is a three seasons top, at least in my climate. Probably couldn't wear it end of June, July, and August, but come September, it would be perfect.

Not sure it would be great winter wear for me unless I layered under it. Which I do with a lot of "sweaters"!

I've since left Connecticut, but I ended up calling the shop and buying it. For $60, and agreed it is three-season, I thought it was too good to pass up. Just waiting for the mailman to bring it by now!

Beautiful top. I think this would be appropriate in any season, except perhaps in the dead of summer if it were hot and humid. I can't speak to the longevity of the mixed media trend, but it hasn't abated yet so I think you would get lots of wear out of it.

Cute top! It looks plenty springy to me. I actually clicked on the link before reading the full text and assumed you were thinking about it for spring, but were also hoping to get some wear in during winter, rather than vice versa.

I saw this in a local boutique marked down to $60 yesterday, and I am still thinking about it. But I don't want to buy any more purely winter clothing. What I like about this top is that it is the front panel is just silk and the cashmere sleeves and back are super lightweight. I am wondering if this could possibly be a nighttime wear for spring also? Maybe even into summer? (I am very susceptible to air conditioning.) Another question is, will the mixed media and reptile look still be on trend next year?
Thanks for your help.
