It would have needed several inches taken in in the hip area to fit correctly and that suggests that sizing is getting downright silly. &nbsp;Or at least, it was on that skirt.</p> <p>Has anyone run into a basic black or charcoal skirt that runs really small in the hip? (but not in the waist -- I have almost no waist definition, so a straightish cut is what I'm after. &nbsp;Nothing curvy.) </p>
