You need to try things next to your face. Or, another idea is to think of the yellow "power" ties men used to wear...they looked great with a light blue shirt. One of my most flattering summer dresses was a lemon yellow with a white trim around the neck and shoulders. The optic white created enough contrast against the lemon yellow to highlight my dark hair and pale skin. A shirt collar, or scarf, in optic white would create a similar effect.
