It irks me when I buy something thinking it might look ok but- eh- not so much. But we have to try. We have to start somewhere or we will be stuck wearing same old boring styles of yesteryear.<br /> I think the top with it’s diagonal design would be a great feature to try.and the neckline is lovely and draws the eye up to your face. The length would have to be just right, as would be the width at hip, thigh, and hem, not to mention fabrication. However generally speaking, I think for an IT that it would be great. For someone very pear shaped, this outfit might make the hips seem wider than they are in reality. I think you could tweak the outfit to something similar but more in your comfort zone. For example, if it’s the colourblocking and culottes that appeal, dark culottes with light coloured top would probably be an easier starting point.
