And I'd feel this way even if I wasn't extremely busty. A shelf bra doesn't really count as a bra -- breasts of any size require a lot more support than that.<br /> If I may propose a solution...have you tried camis that don't have the shelf bra? I can see how that would feel uncomfortable on top of a real one. Camis in a nice, stretchy, silky material would also help, since it can glide over bras more easily.
