I had a Naturalizer pair that molted and they took them back no questions. I have a Me Too pair that wore with lots of wearing so no problems. I would not wear in extreme weather if I could avoid it. I do tend to wear out the back of the heel (like centerseattle mentions) and my insteps seem to rub.
