In my head I would like a flat sole but when I have tried them on in person it reminds me too much of my teenage goth years when I deliberately wore the thickest, clompiest men's wingtips I could find.</p> <p>I have my eye on a nice black and grey pair on my favorite auction site. They are a bit masculine. That's never been a problem for me, because I'm not really drawn to dainty shoes. Oddly enough, these new Oxfords are quite feminine, which I didn't realize from the pics, and I find myself liking the look. Maybe it's just the shock of the new!
