My 4-year-old LOVED it as soon as I tried it on, and was emphatically telling me to go back to&nbsp;get it after we'd left the store. He loves the color and the pockets. I'm glad I went back for it -- the color is not quite as pale yellow as it looked in the store. It feels amazing, too! Thick cotton, lined, and even has some lace backing along the hem. I've tried on every Kate Spade skirt that I've ever seen at TJ Maxx and am glad to finally have find one that works. They always look so pretty, but have had something off about them (for me). </p> <p>Now... 6-12 inches on the Cape tonight/tomorrow, but only 1-2 inches expected here.
