So glad for all the yays and I did buy it! It may have been priced a bit high for consignment, but $40 is still pretty cheap for a trench, it's in terrific shape and it actually FIT me really well, which I've had trouble finding. </p> <p>I'm still in the hunt for a neutral "investment" trench, but my recent closet edit left me without many toppers, so I think this is a good buy. Plus, I ended up with a cute little BR black, gentle A line skirt that's as close to a midi as I'll probably ever get for about $10! I think $40 is a bit high (I've seen Gallery at TJ Maxx for $50 new), but it's very cute and I love the blue. It fits you nicely and you can find neutrals anywhere.
