She recommended hand washing with plain baby shampoo, of all things, then rolling them in a towel to remove excess water before hanging to dry. As soon as the cycle is finished, I take out the bra, hang it as shown, and smooth out the cups. I don't disturb it until it's completely dry. I have not had problems with dimpling or deterioration of the foam. My bras are more in the mid-price range. I do have a front load washer, so perhaps that makes a difference?
