Love the dress on you. It fits well. I like the ideas for adding a belt and some sort of topper. I think you'll be good to go.

Add a topper and use a belt in place of the sash and I think it will work wonderfully.

Agree with above. A cardi, shrug, cropped blazer, knit jacket would all take this into business casual. Fits beautifully. Very flattering.

Great dress on you! And I echo all the above sentiments. The nice thing about gray is that you really can wear it with any other color, but the patterns and seams of that dress make it interesting on it's own or with black too.

Another yay vote for remove sash, add belt and structured topper :). That dress fits you sooooo well!

I think Aubergine is right on--add some kind of topper and you'll be set. (Generally, I am of the opinion that any type of professional dress would preclude sleeveless outfits.) I like Aubergine's idea about swapping out the sash if possible and replacing it with some kind of belt. It could add a little "edge" to the outfit if you find just the right belt.

Pop on a different belt (more structured) and topper (cardigan or blazer) and I think you would be set. Lyn* has a lot of professional looking inspiration ideas with belted dresses and toppers. The fit of this dress looks really good on you!

I think it definitely would with a cardigan or other topper. It looks like a really nice fit on you too! You also might consider leaving off the sash or switching it out for another kind of belt to feel a little more "office-y."

Horrid dressing room pic but ... Would this fit business-casual? It fits perfectly and is quite cheap.
