I'm really inspired by the way you mix up your layers, like with the yellow cami under the white button-down under the red/coral cardigan. I am an attorney for a non-profit, so, except when we go to Court or meet with clients, the dress code is quite casual. Some of my colleagues have been known to show up in work in shorts and crocs. I like to dress up, even though I don't have to. I wear business casual, though from time to time I might wear more smart casual.
