With the caveat that there isn't enough information:

I think that an office dress in your preferred style or smart trousers and a blouse/top would cover most business meetings. Comfortable shoes if you're presenting, definitely. And a suitable cardigan/blazer if the temp is likely to be lower than you'd prefer.

For tech meetings, where office wear is more fluid, smart dark jeans with a colourful blouse or geeky (but clean/non-holey) tee/hoody, maybe with fashion-y sneakers? As long as you're wearing items that suits/fit your body shape, there's a lot you can get away with in techy circles that normally wouldn't fly in an office.

Maybe a scarf/necklace/stand-out earrings to brighten the outfit if needed? Geeky items, if they're small/not as obvious, can work even in a conservative office culture - I have a pair of Captain America's shield stud earrings, but you have to be standing right next to me to realise that's what they actually are, because from a distance they just look like colourful studs!

Retired now but thinks this stands. For most business meetings women I know prefer an understated at knee length dress or an understated feminine suit. The rationale is as follows: the simple dress ( navy, gray, brown, camel, burgundy)of knee length is seen as authoritative and a powerful look ( not sexy) . Pant suits can be tricky and need some touch of femininity because “men - like suits” will “threaten “ or turn off some men in a meeting.
I know someone who is high up in a man’s world and realized early on a gray or navy sheath type dress helped the message stay in the forefront and will only wear them for meetings. If she is dressed in a pants or skirt suit on a day when a meeting is called- depending on audience she will remove jacket. As she said- you want to be taken seriously and get the message across not seeing “ comic bubbles” over audience’s head saying - sexy outfit, wow that color is hot/ bright etc, my gf /wife would look great in that. Thinks she makes a lot of sense. Too bad it’s still like that.
