Don't know why that is, but maybe you can help me out with pointers.</p> <p>I'm open to either booties or knee high boots, and want them to be on the dressy side, definitely not rugged. I'll mostly wear them with skirts and dresses. Comfort is important, and heel height can be up to 2.5 inches if they are comfy (prefer a chunky heel).
