I was in a BR store on Friday--haven't shopped there in years and wanted to see what the hype was about. The clothes are nicely designed, but all the good design was lost in how absolutely poorly presented the items were. Maybe online has made customers more accepting of wrinkles, but *nothing* in the store was pressed, and the items were all crammed onto the racks, making everything look so cheap. But a quick steam of the jacket I bought reveals a diamond in the rough.
