Anyone have any experience? I pulled my classic trench out this morning (bought in the early 80s in the January Sales, when the exchange rate was wonderful, in London, for about $250 US!) I just got tired of it, and I've not worn it for at least 20 years, but of course it was far to nice to get rid of.

It still fits (!) and looks to be in really great condition, except for the leather buckles on the straps at the sleeves and the belt, which are worn and have loose threads from wear and age. I called the customer service number and I **think** I understood that they want lots of pictures and might be able to help me with new buckles.
