The dress is incredible on its own, then adding the bumbag changes the vibe - makes it edgier without getting fancier (does that make any sense?)</p> <p>I am not totally sold on bumbags but mostly because I remember wearing fanny packs the first time around - I even had one in neon colors (uggh!) and they all adjustable had nylon webbing belts.
