I tasted a version of broccoli salad (without bacon) at a barbecue party a couple of weeks ago. It was very popular. I forgot to ask for the recipe. So I am glad to find a recipe here, even with bacon, which I love, but don't eat every week. - A little crushed bacon can add pizzazz to nearly any salad, except fruit salad.
