People buy wholesale from manufacturers and then turn around and sell those wholesale goods on Etsy at a huge markup, claiming that the pieces are handmade. This is especially a problem in the bridal category. Many bridal shops carry jewelry and they can guide you as to which pieces would look best with the style of dress your cousin will wear. Some gowns just need earrings and a bracelet, some need a necklace.
