Wardrobe Oxygen blog has a couple of thorough reviews of shopping with Bravissimo. They do video fittings by appointment.

I am going to try it the next time I need bras.

Agreed on Marlies Dekkers, although it’s been years since I tried them again. I still have an old one that’s maybe a cup size small at the moment but it’s such a cool design I’ve kept it. Also a moulded cup which I’m not really wearing these days.

back to say: at the high end, I've done really well at Marlies Dekkers.

I’ve decided that cheap rarely works for me when it comes to bras that I want to wear for any length of time, and getting the fit right goes a long way towards making it as comfortable as possible. I have a small band size and a large cup size (currently 32G) which limits options significantly. In my experience Wacoal, Fantasie, Chantelle, and Bravissimo do a good job.

I used to pay through the nose for bras, but I recently caved in and tried Uniqlo’s offering, and I have to say I am impressed. (Is there anything this retailer cannot do?)

They tend towards the sporty end, and some models have more padding than I like, but their XL size is fabulously comfortable and fits my 34E rack quite nicely thank you.

Caveat: you need to know about fit, but if you’re busty, you probably do already.

Chantelle is my favourite maker for bras. I also recommend a professional bra fitting. Whenever I visit Florida I go to Dillard's. They have a great selection of bras and lingerie. The bra fitters are great.

You'll get lots of good recommendations here! If you wear underwire, I'll always suggest Wacoal. Pretty, well made, and you can often find them on sale. Chantelle is a favorite of mine also (I'm a 38G). And if you can, have a proper bra fitting at Nordstrom or Macy or a boutique lingerie store.

You can search the forum for previous discussions of bras too - I'm afraid I don't know how to embed links on my tablet.

My current bras fit, but are terribly cheap, so not too comfortable. Can anyone recommend any brands in a more traditional look (underwire, etc.) that are great for large busts.
