It's a no brainer over skinny pants but I wanted to see if it works over skirts.</p> <p>This skirt is waiting in my wardrobe for summer. It's a silky fabrication, light and cool to wear. I was unsure re toppers but I think I like how this looks! I know volume over volume isn't everyone's cuppa, and it normally not mine ... but...,</p> <p>Honest thoughts. Also on the skirt.
