I live in a rural part of NC temporarily with my husband's job, and there just aren't that many stores--and certainly no speciality bra stores! LOL--out here. When we get back home to Dallas this summer, I can go to Intimacy and be properly fitted. Until then I am having to make do with mail order.

We do have a Pennyrich store in Raleigh (3 hours away) that I might try if I can't wait to go back home.

I think I will have to return this baby for a larger cup size. The armpit fat is just too depressing. LOL

I had to go up a cup size in the Tango plunge style (which I am wearing today, coincidentally). Try a 34E or 34F (I don't know off hand whether a size larger than a DD is an E or F).

You might also give the balconette style a try. Try a DD and an E/F.

As I said, it's hard to know what is going on when you are only looking at one bra in isolation. That's why I recommended trying a variety of styles and brands. If they were ALL giving you armpit fat, it would indicate that you need to try a bigger cup size. If it's just this one, it could be that it runs small, that it isn't the right size to begin with, or that it isn't the right style or brand for you. But there is just no way to know.

Well, this might have to do with the bra style? Did you try on a plunge in the store? Also, did you make sure to put it on as directed? I sometimes find I have to adjust a bit to make sure everything is where it should be.

I have a plunge I love from Fantasie, I believe.

I got my new Panache Tango Plunge bra in the mail today from FigLeaves and it didn't do wonders for me as I had hoped. I went from a 36C to a 34DD and it made my armpit fat worse, although the "girls" are certainly riding higher. Should I try a different size than 34DD or should I just face the fact that my armpits are fet? LOL

Thanks,
Sarah
