It’s a keeper. And great haircut.<br /> I also tend to keep adding lightweight jackets- it seems easier to change outfit vibe/ colors that way and have a smaller pants capsule. I like it when the colors really add something, or are matchy with a print, more than just the go- with everything neutral all the time. But that’s also not closet- space- friendly!<br /> I have to be careful about over- doing for season of use, though, as I get chilly as soon as temps drop in the fall. To extend the cold tolerance of cotton/ linen jackets I have to layer a LS under; then I find now I’m wanting my jackets not tight, but not baggy as don’t have the frame for that, hence armholes may be cut higher and any LS top has to fit without making me feel straitjacketed. I had a cut a few days ago and really like the cut — we went a little more defined shag this time with less volume at the bottom. In the size small it’s not too boxy for me, especially since I don’t generally wear jackets buttoned, and the fabric is light enough that it’s not a stiff boxiness, if you know what I mean. </p> <p>For some reason my first impression was that the jacket is shorter than it actually is — it’s definitely hip length on me. Probably not the absolute best with dresses (at least not the one I tried it with), but that’s ok. I’ve already cut the tags and am planning to take it on our NYC trip starting today.
