I'm writing for advice now because I'm trying to decide whether or not to buy the Banana Republic Sloan trousers and wonder if anyone here has apple-shaped experience with this style. It seems to be hugely popular! Many of the raving reviews seem to be from self-described curvy girls, which I'm assuming means pear- or hourglass-shapes. I'm a decided apple, with the flat and somewhat saggy rear end that tends to go along! I usually have good luck with the trouser cut, or boyfriend cut, as long as the fabric maintains it's shape. I like the look of the cut online, but havent had the chance to try a pair on as the nearest store is 6 hours away. </p>
