I think our market is too small, only 5 million people. What I have been loving is the trend for “ankle grazers”- I prefer a full-length pant mostly so an “ankle grazer” on a more usual height woman is a full length on me- no alterations required! But worried they might run too slim.<br /> In your pics I like the shorter length better because the bunching doesn’t work as nicely as in say a more drapey jogger fabric. But I am always fearful of shrinkage also.<br /> Yes, BR has Short &amp; Regular &amp; Long. . I still can’t always tell which to get from their measurements. I do that with pants to make sure&nbsp;the rise isn't too high but hadn't thought about looking at the length in that same context</p> <p><b>kkards</b> I might wear them with boots once or twice more this spring, but primarily&nbsp;will wear them with sneakers/loafers/sandals as spring/summer pants. </p> <p><b>Joy, Jaime, Sal,</b> I only wash clothes in cold water, and never put clothing in the dryer, so shrinkage should not be an issue. The rise feels GOOD which&nbsp;is a bit of a miracle considering the vast prevalence of high rise pants these&nbsp;days. </p> <p><b>Zaeobi</b> good suggestion about wearing them around for a bit ... I'm trying to remember to do that with new pants. </p> <p><b>Aquamarine,</b> I suppose I might end up wearing these next winter, not ruling it out&nbsp;but only if they work with socks/boots. They have gathered cuffs at the hem plus a zipper (not easy to see in the stock photo.)&nbsp;Between a B&amp;M visit and a follow-up online order I got&nbsp;them in both regular and petite sizes.The inseam length is the only difference.&nbsp;</p> <p>On me, for my height and body shape, I generally&nbsp;prefer straight or slim style pants, around ankle length with loafers/sneakers/sandals&nbsp;and a bit longer with ankle boots.&nbsp;By the end of this week it will FINALLY be warm enough to&nbsp;put away the ankle boots so I’m focusing on sneakers.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;I've not worn this pant style before so I'm wondering about the length.&nbsp;The models seem to wear them a little above ankle length.</p> <p><b><i>&nbsp;</i></b><b><i><u>Which do you prefer, and WHY?</u></i></b></p> <p>&nbsp;#1 – 5&nbsp;petite length (2” shorter).
