Escalate to the manager if you have to. It helps if you have a Luxe card but BR customer service tends to be pretty good! </p> <p>Or that could be that I'm in there way too frequently... but it's definetly worth a try. </p> <p>It is BR and not a BR outlet piece right? I was wondering if any of you have found that it pills. I have worn the top three times and it has pills all over it. </p> <p>I am used to pilling--I bought a wrap dress from Banana in the spring that lasted for three months and is now covered in pills, but at least it lasted three months, not three wearings! I really liked the top; I'm thinking of taking it to the store, but I can't imagine they will do much for me. I'm wondering if I am the only one experiencing this. </p>
