I wear them longer if it's cold enough I want thick warm socks. If it's warm enough I can get away with light cotton peds, then for some reason, to my eye, I prefer a shorter cuff and more skin showing than just a sliver. This could be because of my own proportions though. (My legs aren't long).</p> <p>For the Vans yes cuff a bit higher, as suggested already.&nbsp;</p> <p>Now can I ask: I thought BF's were okay ripped? Let me say they are awesome and came home with me. Now I need some help on how long to roll them.</p> <p>The pictures are two pairs if booties and patterned Vans. First pic in each set is rolled twice, second is rolled three times. I'd also appreciate general guidance as to where the length should be relative to my ankle bone, by heel height. Thank you so much!</p> <p>Also, are the Vans keepers ? I just ordered them. Now is the time to wear them before it gets crazy hot. I like them but there are so many choices for pattern and brand that it is hard to settle on one ! </p>
