Yes, I do like them. I tend to prefer a darker wash, but these are a great casual jean.

I honestly think it has to do with how they sit on the hip. The looser fit. That is my opinion in the trait they all seem to share. Do you like your new jeans?

The ones I bought aren't shorter rise. They are more skinny, then straight, but are looser (is that a word?) on the hip. The saleslady made comments a couple times regarding them being "boyfriend". I should've asked her then.

I think it's a shorter rise and looser on the hip, then cut straight down. Not positive about that, though.

I found a couple of old blog posts, but I'm still not sure about boyfriend jeans. At first, I thought that they were a looser fit jean. Lately, I'm seeing loose and skinny alike, but rolled (various lengths from the knee down.) What makes jeans boyfriend jeans?

I bought a pair of Seven crops last week. The tag says boyfriend skinnys. I had them shortened (I love Nordstrom's alteration department. I was in Phoenix for a training and leaving the next day. They had them altered within an hour for me while I finished shopping.) Anyway, I'm not quite sure what makes them "boyfriend jeans."
