But Diana was lovely enough to provide me with some advice for transit and restaurant suggestions (I went to Xinh-Xinh and it was delicious, so thanks!) and also suggested we meet up. </p> <p>I'm mostly done with my meetings so today I met her at the Parish Cafe, which had a wide range of specialty sandwiches designed by various chefs. We found out we are at similar career/life stages so we hardly talked about fashion until the very end! But Diana was lovely to chat with and super-apologetic about the weather, since it actually snowed on the day I arrived. After lunch, she suggested we take a walk and ended up grabbing hot chocolate at Burdick's, which was rich, spicy and delicious.</p> <p>We forgot to take photos until the end, where I snapped a few and had a helpful cashier take one of both of us. But no iconic bag/shoe shot, sorry!</p> <p>So thanks Diana for a lovely lunch and to YLF in general for giving us reason to meet! Hopefully we will get to do so again soon! </p>
