I have a pair. I like them best over skinny jeans and they’re definitely commuting on foot 8 hour shoes. They’re nice with casual skirts and dresses if they’re fitted enough through the ankle and calf. I particularly like that style boot with a just-above-the-knee wool wrap skirt. They sort of look like kilts w/out the plaid. Some have buckles at the hip, others have fringe where the fabric overlaps. Also, denim skirts would be ideal with a low heel boot.<br /> It works especially well with a patterned tight.
