When I put them on they have a "wavy" or "flow-y" feel to them naturally and they seem to stay in that position. If I push them down, they stay in that position too, but I am not fully sure I want the pushed down look just yet. They scrunch because the leather is so soft and lightweight. They just naturally fold.</p> <p>There are other boots that scrunch by Frye. Does that just happen . . . naturally? Or do you have to arrange them that way? And how do you know (by looking online) if a boot will scrunch? Do any of the other Frye boot styles do it? I like the look of several styles but I would like them better scrunched in that way. </p>
