I tried on a pair of Martinez Valero stretch boots and believe me, they're nicely snug on a narrow calf. The brand is made in Spain and tends to narrow, pointy toes and higher heels--3". </p> <p>They do make a boot with a 1-1/2" heel (saw them on Zappos, on sale) so those might be worth a look if you have skinny calves like I do. These boots aren't for cold or snowy winter wear, since they're stretch microfiber with leather soles, but if you need something attractive for a temperate climate, they could do the trick. </p>
