Otherwise the same, even black color. I find them a little rugged for my style now and am having a hard time styling them. So I am going to pay close attention to this thread. I'm en route to the cold and possibly snowy northern midwest and I chose the brown version of these to take along. Something about the black is just seeming harsh to me. And I couldn't figure out how to style them for the office either. I have searched pinterest to death, but found no decent outfits that don't look "boho coffee shop girl". </p> <p>Why is this ALWAYS my question? You'll remember my previous "what to wear" booties (the cognac pair below) I work them in when I can, mainly because they're quite comfortable.&nbsp; These are even less dressy. </p> <p>In other style news, I LOVE the leather jacket I picked up at the NAS.&nbsp; It's butter soft, comfortable, and works for office &amp; weekend -- one of the best purchases I think I made last year.&nbsp; The neckline is so flattering! </p>
