While they look long in the close-up photos, I don't notice it at all in the outfit pics. I don't think any passer-by would notice this at all, and as they loosen up your feet will slide forward anyway.

Wow ladies, lots of great advice as usual! I wore them around last night quite a bit and they softened up a bit and the foot came more forward. I am thinking that a ball of the foot pad or Insolia will a) give a tad of extra cushion, which never hurts, and b) will push the forefoot just a little forward at the arch. I felt like I might be scrutinizing the toe space too closely (as only someone who spends as much time thinking about fashion is wont to do). As they are very comfy and super cool, I think I'll give them a go. I am usually a 6.5 to 7, but these run super small...more so than I've ever experienced. Also, my feet swell in the heat and a little extra space is always welcome in my shoes, even as it's mostly invisible until sandal season. Alas, my stubby toes can be challenging, but they fit better in pointy toed shoes than if I had longer ones (I suspect)!

Those are amazing on you! I, too, think they look a little long, but I prefer that to too-short in the toe, and if they otherwise fit, I might just go with them. Because they're that great!

I always have this issue with open toed shoes because of my short toes. So I'm sensitive to seeing that much "space" after your toes end. I don't mind a little...but this looks like the shoe is too big on you. *sad face* these are awesome otherwise.

I agree with Janet. Wear them around the house and see if your feet work their way forward. When this happens to me though, I end up tripping because of the extra space. A house trial should let you know if that could be a problem. If they are comfortable and walkable, I'd not be concerned about the space. Few, if any, will notice.

Cute shoes, and they look great on you! I even like that nail polish color with them. They do look a little long in the close-ups but I think as you wear them it'll be less noticeable. Too small is a deal breaker for sure, but a little too big, as long as you're not tripping isn't really even a problem.

Wow, Dashielle, you have tiny feet, and that must be a challenge. DD has the challenge at the opposite end (size 10) so I can sympathize.

I love those sandals so much for someone with RATE tendencies. They are really, really cool. For me, it would be too much room in front of the toes. I'm sorry.

I agree with the others who don't notice it at all in the full-length shots, only in the close-ups. I don't find it a deal-breaker personally -- I have a poison eye for toes overhanging the edge of a sandal, but a teensy bit of extra room does not bother me so much. I also realize that we stand a little differently when we try to photograph our feet, so that can affect how footwear fits in a closeup photo.

I also can't help but wonder if the fit on the front of the sandal may loosen a little bit with wear, allowing your foot to slide forward just a little, which would fill in some of that room at the toe. I dunno, they're VERY cool sandals though, so I may just be justifying/enabling.

I have to say I think they look great - and not too long at all. I happen to find toes right at the end of sandal foot beds look a bit weird, unless you have perfectly straight and aligned toes, which not many of us have. These are cool sandals too, and it's more important that they fit in the back and around the ankle, no? Again, I don't think they look too short at all

I agree they look too big, or your toes are too short. I have the opposite problem, with long toes. It makes sandal shopping complicated. Gorgeous booties, though. Have you worn them around? Maybe in motion your feet will slide forward a bit?

Wow , this is one of those " so close" situations. A longer- toed gal would be in heaven. I'm afraid they do look like you're in a size too big ( which is not as bad as too small, with toes hanging off), and not the same as an uncomfortable fit, so it will depend on your own annoyance tolerance.
I have had similar issues with shoes that were more comfortable a half size up but then did not " look" well- fitted on my foot. That is a problem of the maker's last, that it is not the right length or width at the right places on my foot.

If you adore those sandal boots and they feel comfy then I think they are okay. Make sure they truly do fit though because it's so depressing to have a pair of beautiful shoes that never get worn! (I should know - I've got a few pairs of those myself)

I collected these bootie/sandals the moment they were posted on Nordies website because they are so different to anything that I have., I popped over at lunch last Thursday and came away with the only 6 they had received. They are very comfy for a heel this height, and unless I'm having sugar eye, I think they look good on and work with my style. I tried them with a couple of outfits tonight because I fear that even though I got the smallest size, they look too big. Since they're adjustable, it's not a matter of fit per se, but I need to know if ya'll think they look off because of the extra toe space? Thanks for your thoughts/guidance/input.
