I also took a 36 and someone else on the forum found that the calf circumference was larger for larger foot sizes. I have a 12-1/2" calf, and it's a little slouchy on my leg but not baggy. It's also a low heel--1-1/2". More casual than the Eddie Bauer or Sudini, but it might work. I have been all over the place searching for a pair of riding boots (high) with a narrow shaft. Every boot I tried on was too big in the calf. My calves are approximatey 13 inches around. Most boots are at least 14 and average around 15. I would really like to find a nice pair of high leather (low heel) boots with a snug fit to wear with skirts. Any ideas? I would like to spend under $200. Also, I prefer a smooth fit versus a slouch. Thanks for your help!!!!
