I'm going with a short-waisted, hourglass figure. That changes my whole perspective on how I should dress. I guess what I'm still concerned about when researching hourglasses, is that they're depicted as voluptuous, and I definitely don't have a chest, so creating deep v-lines leaves this massive amount of bare space visible between my neck and chest. Also suggested was for hourglasses to wear heels, and various other clothing pieces, in order to elongate their bodies. However, I'm 5'11" so that's not really an issue. I guess I'll just have to try things out! Have you taken your measurements and looked at it by the numbers? I think the guideline I remember is if you have 10" or more between your bust/hips and waist, then you're closer to hourglass.
