I can tell from the way the lines of the door behind you angle inward at the bottom. Try to make sure the camera is lower, more level with your lower chest -- this works best if the camera is a little further away from you. I know it's not always easy. Smartphone cameras in particular have wide angle lenses that don't give the most accurate results.
