If you look at my body you can see that I am not thin, or at least it looks bigger that what it's supposed to be according to my measurements. But maybe I am not valorising my body.. I really don't understand. I will try to post a picture where you can see my body better. Thank you both of you

I didn't see the other thread. 5'4" & 100 lbs is quite thin. My sister, who's 5'7", also struggles to stay above 100 lbs. She manages to stay above 110 most of the time. Muscle/strength-building exercises and a healthy diet are very important to her in this.

Just checked your other thread. At 5"4 and 100 pounds, you are underweight by most normal counts (like BMI). I wouldn't normally comment on that sort of thing, but it makes me sad that anyone would call you fat or that you would feel that way.

Without knowing your height, we can't know if 100 lbs is on target. Even though you use the word "chubby", you also say you know, objectively, that you aren't overweight, so maybe "skinny fat" is what you meant. I know what you mean about how the weight is distributed making a difference. You can change proportions by adding on one side just as well as by subtracting from the other. I think you're on the right track to consider dressing to accentuate what you want to highlight and create impressions you like.

@The Cat @Aziraphale , I've always thought that it might be because of the way I dress or take care of my body. I know my weight is okay for my height but weight does not only depend on being thin or fat, maybe it's even because I have no muscles. But you're not the first ones to tell me something like this. However, thank you for your advice

If you feel that your shoulders are broad, I would try using some of the guidelines for dressing inverted triangles and see if that helps.

Most people are a mix of body shapes, so sometimes there isn't a single answer. Sometimes it's worth trying out the different body shape guidelines and seeing what works best and going from there.

Agree with Aziraphale. Dear caterinarossi98, I am so sorry to hear that you -- a beautiful, slim young woman -- feels 'ugly all the time' (as you say in another thread), 'chubby all the time', and 'sad'. I think you need help from other professionals than stylists. For a start, please see a medical doctor and tell him/her exactly how you feel. Wishing you all the best.

If you feel "chubby all the time" when you weigh 100 lbs and have a waist like Scarlett O'Hara, I think it's a sign that you may have body dysmorphic disorder. :-(

What shape do you think my body is?
My measurements are: 32-23-33, my shoulders are quite broad.
I feel chubby most of the time even if I weight about 100 pounds which is actually okay for my height , do you think it is because of my body shape? Am I doing something wrong with the way I dress? It's something that really matters to me, it makes me feel so sad. Want to do dress in a way that flatters my body. I may be an inverted triangle, I am just sure I am not a pear. Also, I feel like I look too little sexy sometimes.. What can I do?
