Mamapicklejuice does too, so if she sees this she might weigh in.<br /><br />In comparing the pieces I've bought, the quality is far superior to J. Crew with good fabrication and nice extra touches. The wool shrunken blazer I bought last year has become a favorite: it's heavy wool&nbsp;lined in an adorable print (see pic below), and the working buttonholes/buttons on the sleeves were finished in different complementing&nbsp;colors. The tweed pencil skirt in the second photo is also finished in a fun way. Those extra touches are really nice and I appreciate the whimsical attention to detail.<br /><br />Customer service is excellent, the returns policy is fair, and Boden has on occasion sent me thank-you gifts&nbsp;like cute notebooks out of the blue.<br /><br />Full price can be somewhat expensive, but Boden regularly has sales and they often offer free shipping and returns. I've never had to return anything so I've been fortunate. Their sizing does run true to size for me&nbsp;although I am familiar with UK sizing as well. Some of their stuff is pricey but it does go on sale and for the quality you get, I think it's a good value. They just don't work well for my body shape, which is inverted triangle with apple tendencies. &nbsp;Things are always too tight on the waist and too loose on the hips for me. I often drool over the catalog, but in the end am not motivated to spend that amount of $ on one or 2 items. I do selectively purchase at end of year sales.&nbsp;Their quality is quite good, I love their unique prints and knits. I'd equate the quality around J Crew (but like them not everything is a winner). &nbsp;I do think they are a bit pricey.&nbsp;Read their reviews they are helpful and there are many blogs practically dedicated to reviewing Boden clothing (I think they get perks from Boden). Only order when you have free shipping and returns (and I hold out for another % off as well) which are quite common.
