I ended up buying some jeans from them in a size 8 (I am usually a 2/4 US), despite reviews warning that they seemed to run smaller. It turns out that I should have gone by the reviews. They are quite snug. I kept them anyway because they had so much stretch, but they are still for skinny days only.</p> <p>Also, Boden posts the garment measurements for each item. I'm new to this site, but was directed here by someone who thought that you might be able to give me some advice on Boden sizing. I apologize if this has already been covered at some point.</p> <p>I have only ever ordered one item from Boden (a final sale item). At the time (last spring), I was a US size 10, so I ordered a UK 14. The gorgeous jacket arrived.... and it was absolutely huge in every way (too big around, too long, and sleeves were actually comical). </p> <p>Since then, I've happily lost some weight and wear size 6 pants and size 8 tops. I am constantly tempted by Boden's clothing, but am nervous to order without hearing some advice on sizing.</p> <p>According to Boden's site, as someone who falls between a US 6 and 8, I should be ordering a UK 12... but based on my experience with the coat (which is now absolutely HUGE on me), I wonder if I should go another size down.</p> <p>I would just order one item in several sizes and return whatever doesn't fit, but I'd love to take advantage of their amazing sales! Perhaps I should just buy some full-price (returnable) items first?</p> <p>Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.</p> <p>Thanks so much! </p>
